Kindly follow below procedure to withdraw funds,
1. Dial *165#
2. Select option 6 Savings for subscribers or option 7 for MiWay agents
Your Savings balance will be displayed.
3. Enter Amount to withdraw and click on send.
4. Select 1 to confirm
You will receive a flash notification to confirm a successful withdrawal that reads “Your savings withdrawal request has been submitted. You will receive an SMS notification shortly.
