You can increase your MoMo wallet limit using our self-service option from minimum (Daily limit of GHS 3,000.00) to medium (Daily Limit of GHS 15,000.00). Follow the steps below to proceed:
- Dial *170#
- Select Option “6” for My Wallet
- Select Option “7” Upgrade Profile Type
- Select Source Of Funds
- Enter Next Of Kin’s Name
- Enter Next Of Kin’s Number
- Select “1” to confirm or “2” to cancel
- Enter MoMo Pin to Confirm
- Your profile will be upgraded
If you want to upgrade from medium to maximum, Simply click on https://mtncustomeronlinerequest.mtn.com.gh/
- Enter your phone number to receive OTP
- Select MoMo Enhancement Form
- Fill the form and upload a picture of a valid ID card
- Upload a Utility Bill in your name or Bank statement in your name or Notarized Tenancy agreement
- Click on submit
- An SMS will be sent with Ticket Number
