How do l cancel the service?

You can now cancel the service yourself and with ease! Please find procedure below:

  1. Dial *170# and option 5
  2. Choose 4 for Pensions and Investments
  3. Choose 1 for My Own Pensions
  4. Choose 5 for ‘more’
  5. Select 9 to cancel mandate
  6. Choose 2 to confirm cancellation

You can start making withdrawals from the savings account after just 1 year, and from the Pensions Account after 5 years.
