Here are the requirements for a postpaid plan request:
- Verification of locational address
- Provision of digital address
- Copy of passport, driver's license, or national ID card
- Mandatory email address
- Copy of utility bill (water or electricity bill) or tenancy agreement
- Valid Ghanaian visa/permit and resident card for foreign nationals
- Minimum refundable national deposit of GH ¢50.00 per line
- Minimum refundable IDD deposit of GH ¢50.00 per line
- Subscription fee of GH ¢11.00 (non-refundable) per line
- Minimum refundable roaming deposit after six months of activation: GH ¢150.00
- Additional refundable deposit based on the type of service and usage
- Signing up for 10GB data or more requires a two-month deposit payment
- Bank account supported with statements not older than three months
