How do I add a MoMo Self Service PIN reset recovery number?

ADD RECOVERY NUMBER

1. Dial *170#, select option 6 'My Wallet'
2. Choose 6 for 'Change & Reset Pin'
3. Select option 2 'Reset Pin'
4. Choose 1 for 'Self-Pin reset'
5. Select option 1 to 'Add your recovery number'
6. Input your current Pin to confirm your recovery number
   
   

RESET AFTER ADDING RECOVERY NUMBER

1. Dial *170#, select option 6 'My Wallet'
2. Choose 6 for 'Change & Reset Pin'
3. Select option 2 'Reset Pin'
4. Choose 1 for 'Self-Pin reset'
5. Select option 4 'Pin reset' to receive temporary password on your recovery number
6. Enter your Temporary password, input your New Pin and confirm your New Pin

NB: Recovery number is a number that helps you reset your password if you forget your password
