How to Buy and Renew Your MTN Fibre Bundle

You can buy or renew your MTN Fibre bundle using USSD *5057#, the MyMTN App, USSD *170#, or the Self-service Portal.

USSD *5057#

1. Dial *5057# on the mobile number linked to the fibre account.
2. Select the fibre account number.
3. Select Data Bundle.
4. Select Unlimited/standard bundles.
5. Choose a payment option and complete payment.

MyMTN App

1. Open the MyMTN App.
2. Select Manage Broadband.
3. Select Buy Bundle.
4. Select preferred Unlimited/Standard bundle.
5. Choose a payment option and complete payment.

USSD *170#

1. Dial *170#.
2. Select Airtime & Bundles.
3. Select option 3 fixed Broadband.
4. Enter your fibre account number.
5. Choose the preferred bundle and complete payment.

Self-service Portal

1. Login to selfservice.mtn.com.gh with your contact number.
2. Enter OTP.
3. On the home page select the broadband account.
4. Select Buy Bundle.
5. Select preferred Unlimited/Standard bundle.
6. Choose a payment option and complete payment.
