No Internet Connection?

  1. Check if all equipment is powered on.
  2. Check ONT lights:
  3. Power – Solid green.
  4. LOS (Loss of Signal) – Should be off.
  5. PON (Passive Optical Network) – Solid green or blinking.
  6. If the router has a red light, restart it.
