No Internet Connection?

  1. Check if all equipment is powered on.
  2. Check ONT lights:
    • Power – Solid green.
    • LOS (Loss of Signal) – Should be off.
    • PON (Passive Optical Network) – Solid green or blinking.
  3. If the router has a red light, restart it.
