How can you perform a Self PIN Reset?

• Step 1: Select “Forgot Pin” option on MoMo App Landing page
• Step 2: Select Verify Identity to initiate verification stage
• Step 3: Read and tick box to confirm privacy policy and select “Start verification” to 
proceed
• Step 4: Validate National Identification card details and confirm with “Next” button
• Step 5: Select and approve camera view
• Step 6: Validate your live photo and face 
• Liveness check data confirmation with National Identification Authority System (NIA). 
NIA validation/match successful
Internal
• Step 7: Enter New MoMo Pin and confirm. Do not use your date of birth, the last 4 
digits of your phone number, consecutive numbers such as 1111 or 1234, or your last 
4 PINs.
• Step 8: Enter OTP to confirm New Pin reset
• Pin reset successful with SMS confirmation
