- Select Change Pin
- Enter current MoMo pin
- Enter New MoMo pin

First, add a recovery number;
- Dial *170#
- Select option 6 for My Wallet
- Select option 6 for Change & Reset PIN
- Select option 2 to Reset Pin
- Select option 1 for Self PIN Reset
- Select option 1 to Add Recovery Contact
- Enter MM pin to confirm
- Enter OTP
- SMS will be sent for confirmation
To reset the pin after adding the recovery number, here's how!
- Dial *170#
- Select option 6 for My Wallet
- Select option 6 for Change & Reset PIN
- Select option 2 to reset pin
- Select option 1 for Self PIN Reset
- Select option 4 for PIN Reset
