Easily request your itemized bill with just a few taps using our self-service code.

Steps to Request Your Itemized Bill:

Dial *1333# on your phone.

(🔐 First-time users will be prompted to set up a self-service PIN.)

  1. Select Option 2 – Access Services.
  2. Select Option 6 – Itemized Bill.
  3. Enter the duration you want the bill for (up to 2 years from the date of request).
  4. Enter your email address.
  5. Confirm your email address.
  6. Enter your date of birth.
  7. Enter your self-service PIN.

📧 Your itemized bill will be delivered straight to your email address.
