How do I report Mobile Money (MoMo) fraud?

  1. Dial *170#, select option 6 "My Wallet"
  2. Choose 4 for "Report Fraud"
  3. Select the type of Fraud; Wrong transfer, New Reversal process, Fake SMS, Fake Blocking and Fake promotions
  4. Follow prompt to input fraud details
