How do I reverse MoMo Airtime

Did you mistakenly purchase airtime instead of sending money? Worry not! Reverse the airtime to your wallet using these simple procedure;

  1. Dial *170#
  2. Select option 6 'My Wallet'
  3. Select option 8 for 'Reversals'
  4. Choose option 1 for  'Airtime Reversal'
  5. Select transaction you want reversed
  6. Follow the prompt to complete
