How do I reverse airtime transferred from another number?

Did you receive airtime from another number and want it reversed? Just follow these simple steps:

  • The sender will dial *170# to request for reversal
  • You will receive a pop-up notification to enter 1 to Approve or 2 to Reject the reversal of the airtime.

NB: This pop-up will be active for only a minute hence the sender will have to initiate the reversal request again when its timed out.
