Data service is available while roaming abroad. All you need to do is to turn on the Data Roaming option your phone settings.
NB: This option is available depending on roaming agreement with host network

- Tap on Mobile Networks
- Toggle on the Data Roaming button
iOS Devices
- Tap on Settings
- Tap on Mobile Data
- Choose the Mobile Data Options
- Toggle on the Data Roaming.
