I want to request for a MoMo wallet expansion. What do I do?

  1. Simply click on  https://mtncustomeronlinerequest.mtn.com.gh/
  2. Enter your phone number to receive OTP
  3. Select MoMo Enhancement Form
  4. Fill the form and upload a picture of a valid ID card
  5. Upload a Utility Bill in your name or Bank statement in your name or Notarized Tenancy agreement
  6. Click on submit
  7. An SMS will be sent with Ticket Number

NB: You can follow up with Ticket Number via any of our digital channels if request is not completed after 24 hours
